The Economic Development Commission (EDComm) will review a survey that the city conducted among Golden businesses (110 participants) and non-profit organizations (30 participants). Businesses said the most helpful thing the city could do is to assist with marketing and event promotion,and the second-most helpful thing would be providing networking opportunities with other businesses. The non-profit organizations sometimes attend the non-profit round table. Their #1 source of information about "support programs" is the Golden Civic Foundation newsletter.
