Consent Matters (no discussion, approved with a single vote)
- Contract with Muller Engineering to evaluate alternate routes for traffic using the Peaks to Plains trail.
- Contract with a pavement striping company to add and improve bike lanes on City streets.
- Intergovernmental Agreement with Jefferson County to provide improved access between North Table Mountain Park and the newly-annexed "Junction" property at the north end of town.
- Resolution setting the City Attorney's salary at $223,000.
- First reading of an ordinance to carry over funds from last year's budget. Second reading and public hearing will be April 23rd.

Public Hearings
There will be two public hearings regarding the former Bachman property (now called the South Neighborhoods Property Annexation). The first hearing regards annexing the property into the City. The second hearing establishes the initial zoning for the property, which will be CO (Conservation).
