Unite Fitness in Golden is offering Yoga drop-ins for only $5 all summer long. Unite yoga instructors are all very experienced and offer hands on assists and adjustments if desired. Their teachers are Keirst Ferguson, Sarah Kiminski, Nicole Christ, and Jaime Kamps. Vinyasa and Restorative formats in a welcoming, all-levels environment.
