Unite Fitness has applied for a small business grant for up to $5,000 to defray the cost of a new, more prominent sign. They will review and adopt the proposed budget for next year, which includes $796,189 for work on the West Colfax Complete Streets project and $200,000 for work on Lena Gulch. The City has referred five families for housing in the Copper Gold apartments, and four of the five have moved in.
