The Applewood Valley United Methodist Church will have a free ice cream social, open to all, tomorrow from 11AM to 1PM. They’ll have a bicycle parade, games, crafts, a fire truck and ice cream! The church is located at 2035 Ellis Street (map).
The Golden Lions Club will have a party all day long in Lions Park (map). They’ll have free rides, free face-painting, live music and prize drawings from 12:15-9:15. You can bring your own picnic or buy food on-site.
The City Sponsors a fireworks show starting at dusk. Lions Park is a good place to watch them, but you can see most of the show from anywhere in town. Just look up!
