Today is the first day of school for Jefferson County kids. The School of Mines students are also gathering: they’ll be doing the M-Climb tomorrow morning, to add their rocks and apply new whitewash to the M and each other.

Foothills Art Center is holding a 6PM Members-Only preview of their new exhibit: Spirit Glass by Damien Gilley. Damien Gilley is a multi-disciplinary artist and educator in Portland, Oregon. His work has been exhibited nationally and internationally. He is a contemporary installation artist who plays with perspective, line and lighting to create unique and immersive experiences.
