Crocus in Golden Colorado

Monday
I hope you enjoyed the taste of spring over the weekend. I saw several crocuses in bloom in my yard. Today we’ll be back to our regularly-scheduled February, with a high around 32 today , possibility of 6-10 inches of snow, and highs in the teens tomorrow!

This is Presidents Day/George Washington’s Birthday, so the Library is closed today, and there will be no mail delivery. According to Newsweek magazine, the banks will probably be closed too.

New Terrain Brewing will have fireside pickers tonight from 6-8PM:  Get cozy with us on Monday nights with the Fireside Pickers! With an abundance of talented musicians in our backyard, we are opening up the taproom to skilled pickers who can join us for impromptu Monday evenings of good jams & brews! Open to first 8 qualifying pickers.  Map
