Coffee with Councilors

Councilors Saoirse Charis-Graves and Casey Brown will have Coffee With Councilors this morning at 10, at the home of Patrick and Lisa Vitry, 618 Golden Eagle Circle (map). There’s a lot going on in town, including the 120 day building moratorium, the disposition of the Astor House, and the imminent $12.25 million acquisition of the Coors office building and property in Goosetown (to be voted on this Thursday, April 11th). Here’s your chance to discuss it with the two District councilors.

The Jefferson County Volunteer Fair takes place from 11AM-2PM at Foothills Animal Shelter, 580 McIntyre Street (map). If you’ve been looking for an organization to support with your time, you’ll find many options at this event.

There are still a few slots available for the Library’s Fuzzy Friends Sleepover. Drop off a favorite stuffed animal today, then attend a slideshow and storytime at 1PM tomorrow to see the critters’ sleepover antics.
